SHIPPING POLICY

General Information
Model Maker’s Workshop is committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable shipping. We use all major shipping providers, and shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. To offer the best rates for our customers in North America, we have partnered with ShipStation to secure exclusive shipping discounts.

Shipping Destinations
At this time, we are shipping to Canada and the United States. As we grow, we will expand our shipping services to Australia, the European Union, and other international destinations over the coming months.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped from our location in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. To ensure timely processing, we currently ship on Fridays. As our customer base grows, we will increase our shipping frequency to better serve our customers.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM PST on the day before a scheduled shipping day to be processed and shipped on the next available shipping day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be shipped on the following scheduled shipping day.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. While we strive for quick turnaround times, processing delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping provider and destination. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please note that unforeseen carrier delays, customs processing, and weather conditions may affect delivery times, which are beyond our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (when applicable), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery. Model Maker’s Workshop is not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Model Maker’s Workshop is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
